The district currently consists of 14.88% of Orange County, including all of Foothill Ranch, Irvine, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, 64.62% of Aliso Viejo, 89.83% of Newport Beach, 92.53% of Tustin, and 0.13% of Tustin Foothills.
